Mohammad Karbakhsh

"Yes, I would highly recommend the CALL Lab to other Ph.D. students, especially those who are new to research. The experience is not only educational but also uniquely supportive. The lab's emphasis on collaboration and mentorship creates a nurturing environment where you can grow both as a researcher and as a member of the academic community.

For an international student like me, who started with limited research experience, the CALL Lab offered a supportive environment to grow my skills. The experience has been particularly beneficial in developing my research capabilities, understanding the nuances of academic work, and gaining confidence in leading projects."

What does the Ph.D. experience look like?

The Ph.D. research experience in the CALL Lab is a dynamic and enriching opportunity. The lab fosters a collaborative environment where Ph.D. students can lead and contribute to various research projects. Working closely with both undergraduate and graduate students gives Ph.D. students the chance to mentor others while also learning from their perspectives.
